“We've definitely had a great success with Falafel Chips, though many customers are a little hesitant or confused at first given the notion of falafel in a chip form. Once they try them, however, they're sold. We see customers eat them with lunch instead of typical corn chips or crackers, and dipping them in hummus is always a standard practice (I personally enjoy this). So many people are amazed at the idea of turning falafel into a chip that we are happy to be bringing them a unique new food item in this area. "I purchased my first bag of Falafel Chips at Roots market yesterday and opened them today. I am delighted! They were fresh and crisp, and are the most flavorful chip my family has ever eaten. I have food sensitivities and I can enjoy these too. The unique flavor is accented by dips such as hummus (a staple in our house), salsa, and light salads such as tuna and egg. “My brand spankin’ new Falafel chips (with hummus), which hardly lasted longer than 5 seconds after I opened them. I initially plated myself a handful and then put them away. They were out of control good. I have no idea how they did it, but they tasted EXACTLY like falafel!!!! Whaaaat? They were ridiculously addictive, so I got the bag back out for more. Mistake #1. I finished off the hummus and went and got another tub. Mistake #2. HOLY YUM! They were so good…Mistake #3. Never eat out of the bag. It will not end well, and that’s a promise. I’ve lived it kids, and it ‘aint pretty. The poor plate sat neglected on the side, while our hands plunged into the bag time and time again, until nothing but salty crumbs were left (which we still fought over). “
